Hi! I'm Coach Paola - but all my friends call me POW
(You can call me POW now that we're friends ☺️)
I've spent the last 10 years in gyms, fighting my way to the strength area. After spending a ton of time in commercial gyms, CrossFit rooms, Weightlifting platforms, etc, I realized NOTHING makes me happier than helping other women feel comfortable in these spaces. With the right tools, you'll feel right at home here too!
Through out sessions, I share all my lifting expertise, nutrition tips, and girly-girl specific advice to help you thrive and become the best version of yourself you can dream up!
What are sessions like?
EMPOWER offers 1:1 personal and small group training in a cozy space that is just for us during our training sessions.
We will start with a warm-up to get your body mobilized and ready for the focus lift of that day (squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, rows, etc) No idea what that means? No worries! After our warm up, I teach you about each move and we work through it together. You only add weight once your form looks good! After we finish our sets, we do a little conditioning (think a bit of cardio, but no running) and then we're done!
We work out of CrossFit Buckhead, but we are not doing CrossFit. (If that is your goal, join one of my group classes!)
